Welcome to the Information Technology Services (ITS) Customer Services and Helpdesk, the University System of Georgia’s (USG) single point of contact for support and service requests.
ITS Customer Services and the Helpdesk provide a single point of contact, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to receive service requests and to log, track, and resolve support requests. Submit Support Requests
Submit a new or view an existing support request. This could be an issue or a question about ITS current products and services, or it could be a request to propose new, enhanced or changed functionality for any of the service areas supported by ITS.
